Yeah which is why I suspect they might play bulbul-purab-aliya 2.0 here. Where purab agreed to marry Aliya even though he loved bulbul just for abhi's family and then he couldn't get through with it and left her at the altar. The next time,Aliya was pretending to be nice and changed and helping bulbul out and on purab and bulbul's wedding she attacked her and tried taking her place in the mandap,abhi suspected and stopped it.

Here so far, Ranbir is shown to take a stance for what he believes in so maybe they might recreate the same situation with different reactions.

Would be interesting for sure. There is lots of of chances that any potential attempt in future for rhea-ranbir marriage will fail, especially when there are people who now know of ranbir's love for prachi. Damn I wish at least dida or vikram get to know soon about ranbir's love for prachi. There should be one person from ranbir's family I think.

That would be Dida I guess. Pallavi can't make up her mind and going by the looks of it she'll be the victim of Aliya and Rhea's manipulation. Vikram would probably be neutral or confused about the whole thing but it'd be nice to see Vikram take a strong stance,so far they have shown him as a joker. Vikram or not,I have a feeling Dida definitely will be on Prachi's side. She isn't a fan of rhea as well,she probably likes her only because she is abhi's daughter.

Yeah dida looked very unhappy and annoyed in the scene she realised that pallavi was shipping rhea with ranbir. Dida has always been shown so fond of prachi, and in fact they showed dida thinking that prachi and ranbir make a good pair in that scene when kohli's visited pragya house.

I am hoping though that vikram is the first of the kohli's to figure out ranbir's love for prachi. It makes sense too as it has been shown that despite pallavi and dida doting on ranbir, it is vikram who is more observative and understanding of ranbir. Vikram knows ranbir even more than pallavi does and it's been shown tons of times.

Even Ranbir goes to Vikram for these advices. Idk why he keeps saying he loves his mom the most, is that a foreshadowing that he loves her the most so he might do anything to make her happy? Because otherwise they haven't showed anything that shows why he loves her so much if anything I assumed he'd love his Dida the most.

I don't think Vikram is a fan of rhea as well. I don't understand why Pallavi is though. Ranbir was lured by her attitude and looks. Even he knows she is a spoilt brat,he said it himself. It feels like the entire kohli family makes excuses for rhea just because she is abhi's daughter and doesn't have a mother :3 it makes no sense why they would let her be after poisoning all their guests at their anniversary party. That's taking it too far for petty revenge.

I hope so too Mala. Hope they are utilizing this lockdown to come up with something interesting. And never show Ranbir as someone who bows down to family pressure and betray his love by marrying someone else.

Well they show pallavi dotes on him the most out of his two parents. Boys automatically tend to be very close to their mother. Plus vikram is the one who tries to discipline him more and takes his side less too. But in the end he does go to his father for advice more.

I feel like Dida dotes on him more than pallavi. Dida is far more protective of him than Pallavi that's why no one told her about ranbir's arrest for beating up nick. So him loving his mom more than Dida also doesn't make sense but I get what you mean.

For once they have shown the guy's family to be normal and sensible and not a single person is evil or has low opinions on middle class people. I hope they stick to it. Aliya and Rhea will definitely manipulation Pallavi, that's for sure but ultimately Pallavi has no negative intentions towards Prachi,her love for Ranbir surpasses everything. So if they show Prachi as a manipulative,evil woman or a cheater for Ranbir in front of Pallavi then she'd definitely fall for it. But ultimately truth will be out and when it is Pallavi isn't someone who is very egoistic or anything, she'd definitely accept Prachi with open arms whole heartedly. Her weakness is her son and Aliya and Rhea know that. But Aliya also has a lot of secrets to protect and let's see how she handles everything.
