Also agree with Amna saying that this Shanzay bit could be to establish the fact that Abdullah would choose Mahjabeen because he loves her over Shanzay and he didn't just get Mah by default and hence has to live with and is hence accepting her.

I also think Hasan was right in saying that Sarwar as a negative character was enough. We didn't need Shanzay. Also that it just took away with magic of Abeen and has created a roadblock in enjoying their innocence. I think yes now when next I would see their cute scenes also I would think ok but he ignored her and is still thinking of Shanzay as an option

I am in agreement with everyone here; DKD and Atma. Shanzay had a really strong character and I liked her for the most part. She had every right to reject Abdullah. She could have been nicer but Abdullah did resort to harassment at one point. This is just unfair to Shanzay.

Shanzay does not deserve the treatment she is being meted. This should not be her karma and the consequences of rejecting Abdullah because she wasn't wrong. Why is she interested in him now anyways? Sure her hubby is a POS but why Abdullah of all people? There are so many guys who are decent and at the same level as her mentally. She won't have a lack of options if she wanted. I am not even thinking about Mahjabeen right now. If we remove Mahjabeen from the picture, the reality is that Abdullah and Shanzay are not a good match. Shanzay could never be happy with him. They just wouldn't work. They are polar opposites, their goals in life are different, and they are on different levels mentally. Shanzay has a dominating personality. Right now she is being controlled and dominated by someone else. If she got with Abdullah she would control him. Poor Abdullah, first Sarwar dominates him and then it would be Shanzay if it ever did happen. It's like Shanzay only wants Abdullah because she would be able to control him and not the other way around.

Shanzay accepting her treatment of Abdullah was the right thing for her character to do but it should not have gone further than that where she is now all of a sudden calling him her bestie? You made fun of this guy at university how is he your bestie now? Girl don't degrade yourself like this. Drop kick that douche canoe of a husband of yours, say sorry to Abdullah for insulting him (but not for rejecting him), then focus on yourself and in a few years find a nice man that's an equal to you..

maine epi watch ki just for you haha....it doesnt seem like to me that they consummated because i dont notice any change in mahjabeen or abdullah, they are still behind the same way but i could be wrong. Maybe they did consummate and just when Abdullah will be about to leave Mahjabeen he may find out shes pregnant? Baad mein hi pata chalega

yep she should have said sorry for calling you names and then ended the character arc at her wedding .. the show was different and fun and now they will follow the same formulaic storylines we have seen every second show...

Hence I am confused too whether they did it or not but then my cousin was like may be she will get pregnant and they will reunite. But idk if I want it bcz uk I think people should value each other first and not start valuing their wives when they find out that they r going to give birth. Too much of a cliche there.

Oh I love Washma too. She is the best. They way she treats Sarwar is amazing . She really makes them go mute bcz they know she is speaking the truth yet they fear addressing it.
