Yes. But if the husband divorces her in private and she has no witnesses, then he denied it..how can a woman prove that talaaq happened. Then if she believes that they became na mehram, she should make up her mind and get rid of this marriage by seeking khula. This is the only way left.😊

the first one makes more sense

why should a woman return to her lying husband when she knows the truth? He can divorce her again and then refuse to accept it

i really hope Zaira takes khula instead of returning to him

and i hate how men are shown so weak in dramas in front of their wives like Zairas mamoo

But that would mean parting away from her Haque Meher. Isn't it an injustice to the girl who is being termed as liar and has to also forgo her rights

Today Shanzay spoke for the people in this forum when she brought up Zaira seeking khula, lol.

Also, did I imagine it or was Zaira holding onto khula papers in the last scene? It's an ice cold move if she's going to hand them to him in the hospital. I look forward to that very much. Saad gets his moral corruption from Olive aunty, seems like.
