She could seek khula anytime, she doesnt need to wait for a first second or even third divorce.

If she is in iddat . And her husband returned her after the first or the second talaaq, she can't refuse. But if iddat is ended..means after that talaaq 3 months passed (or pregnancy ended) then she is free from him.😊

im afraid she has to wait until the third one or if he cancels it then she has to take khula

Yes. She has to seek khula, coz he denied that third talaaq, and she can't live with him knowing that he gave her 3 talaaqs, coz it is haraam.

i wonder what is the ruling of such a situation where husband gives 3 divorces in private and then refuses to accept it? Do you know awida?

Someone please explain this to me, I am presuming that in the show they are Talaq- Ahsan because that’s the approved form. In this form of Talaq, cohabitating with the partner after the pronouncement of Talaq amounts to revocation of Talaq.
so by that reason, every time Talaq was revoked, and now it’s only once that Saad has given Talaq to Zaira

No, he has given three talaaqs. Once you have given talaaq you can reconcile 3 times but the talaaq cannot be taken back. Otherwise husbands like Saad would be giving wife divorce every week yo!!

I read about this , and men are forbidden from doing so, it is a big sin . If he gave talaaq and denied, then fuqaha went ٢ ways:

1) A woman should seek khula , coz she has no other witness.

2) A man has to take an oath , then a woman has to stay with her husband and he bears the sin.
