I was searching for historical fiction books so I found this series called the Taj Mahal Trilogy, by Indu S.
It consists of The Twentieth Wife, revolving around the story of Salim and Mehrunissa which was also converted into a show called Siyasat, on EPIC channel.
Next is The Feast of Roses, which talks about her journey and political struggles in the way of becoming an Empress.
And lastly, The Shadow Princess, I don't know much about this book but it's also based on power struggle.

It was one of the best series on mughal era specially highlighting two of the prominent empress mehrunissa and jahanara. Everyone should give it a try.
^^Is it available online kahi pe?
