I thought they will show the other 8 episodes of Mahabharata Katha before ending. Then it seems they are ending it today itself

Last episode today evening as mahabharat will complete 94 episode in evening

Mahabharata Katha was kind of spin off to Mahabharata. It didn't follow the timelines of Mahabharata.

They had stories like Ghatochkat marriage, Duryodhan Bhanumati abduction, meeting Barbareek and finally the Swargarohan parva

They started this show after some gap from Mahabharata. The actors had changed, the guy who played Shantanu for example was the Krishna here since Nitish Bharadwaj didn't join the cast this time.

I however thought that they would show this too

But I won't watch it there, somehow I don't want to give TRP to Colors for DD shows
