jogi was lured on the pretext of a clue which can be used to frame MJ for the crime he had done 10 years ago..and he himself is a greedy man didnt tell anyone about it to get a hansome reward from MJ in return.

he was having a location of a warehouse out of the city limits.. so jogi reached the warehouse near the bay and where a sniper spotted him and shot him dead by placing a bullet in his head.. and then he went there and cleaned the area and dumped the body in the middle of the sea so no one can trace it..

Rajeev hacked through his phone and removed all the traces smartly..
