Be’coz Shahid is Pankaj and Nileema’s son and Ishaan is Rajesh K and Nileema’s son.

Vandana wanted a biological child of her own with her hubby Rajesh 😆 So what if they are 50+ of age? 🤔😆

Maybe, they all got 2nd kid as boy.. either by natural way only like Shahid Mira, Suresh Raina and his wife 🤔 and maybe the rest of them by surrogacy or IVF.. 😳
