Yeah.. IT companies will be saving a lot on infrastructure costs by moving to a remote working culture.. profit is their baseline at the end of the day. Have been hearing that it will be convenient for mothers as they wouldn't need to stall their careers if they can continue their work while also be able to keep an eye on the kids.
Although there are challenges with this model, especially online connectivity, some colleagues are struggling with the shitty internet from their residences while some are facing power cuts already due to early rains. I kinda miss the break-time flirting with the guys, it was a good respite from looking at the damn screen all day 😆
There are hardly any single guys in my office so I never had anyone to flirt with 😭 . I always eat lunch with a bunch of ladies who are all married with kids 😆 .
About the power cuts and internet thing yeah that’s probably going to be the biggest issue for people wanting to work from home .

I would have to move to Sillicon valley to find hot Asian geeks 😆. Those type of guys prefer big ones like Google, Facebook etc .
My favourite cooking channel! Eita ar Nisha Madhulika who's my adopted cookmom/grandma 😆
Eder phuchkar and biriyanir recipe ta just perfect. To the tee.

I also like spice eats..bong eats is great but at times too many ingredients and a bit complicated to make with all the measurements 😆 but Spice eats makes simple and tasty dishes.. also Kabita's kitchen.
