Thats why the governmnet distributing aid like rice package, noodles , etc at many social centers. Anyone can go and collect them.hope these helps and in between those registered with proper bank accounts with the IRB, will get money into the account. Students will get some fund, single people, and literallly evryone should have a bank account in order to get that fund. those tried to go online to register lsat minute just made the site go down for few hours🤣.
