We r having rains in Delhi in April. The temperature is low then previous years .

Is fall in temperature will lead to more complications ..

The thing is the moment the lockdown is lifted people will start traveling again. And adjacent cities of Mumbai specially Pune & Nagpur is more critical right now. And now there are no symptoms of CoVid which is even bigger issue for a country like India where we lack in medical technology.

My complete family is in Nagpur and there 1 guy was responsible for spreading CoVid to almost 50+ people.

So right now best alternative is to continue lockdown till 31st May & restrict intercity transport till June end.

You are right but the problem is that even electricians, plumbers and such technicians are not allowed to travel during lockdown. I had a plumbing problem and had to manage on my own and had asked a technician to visit for my one appliance stopped working and had to cancel it as lockdown was imposed in March.

My problems are still minor but there are many buildings in Mumbai that were under repair and now they fear that with the rains, the situation will get worse.

That is wrong. Basics should be permitted. At my parents place they've allowed electricians to open their shops for certain hours as it's summer season.

Also here in Bangalore it's lenient considering people don't venture out.

But I guess you can call emergency helpline if you've any issue considering nothing is available for you.
