How to make Golden milk to boost yr immunity, for antiseptic effects..

Haldi has Cur cumin named elements in it,...this has antiseptic properties,... to bring it out from Haldi,.. it's fat soluble, hence can dissolve only in fat.

For that you need to take ghee and add black pepper in it first,.... ( kala mari ) , make it hot, just like you do seasoning ( Tadka ) ,.... ( Ghee + crust of black paper ) , then you add to it,... 1.5-2 spoon haldi,.... Black Pepper will take out cur cumin from Haldi,.... and makes it dissolved in Ghee,... and then you add all this mixture in say 200 ml milk,... and that's how you drink it,... It increases immunity and is antiseptic, skin disease solver, adds Vitamin D to Body and takes care of joint pain,... and many other things,....

If it was so bad and Trump was so wrong why are 54 other countries , ordering it from India, no one pointed a gun at them wonder why every country is flocking like sheep and trying to get it if it's useless and is killing ppl

I am no doc but no drug is 100% perfect , every drug has side effects .. if ppl have pre-existing medical conditions with a heart disease or kidney failures or BP/Dialbetes or respiratory illness or hypertension, then the result may not be the same as expected .. they may die but then there are ppl who are living today because of that drug ... a 96 year old is saved with this drug , because he had no pre existing medical condition

If US follows or uses this drug why shd rest of the other countries request the same from India .. if it's so bad and fatal ???? are all countries dumb or did trump do some kind of hypnotism on them .

Now HCQ is beyond medical, it turned into political battle,... NY Governor first put a hold on it and restricted the drug into NY state , when the cases were surging he allowed the drug usage in the state

Neither Trump held a gun on the rest of the 54 countries to buy/use HCQ , nor India pointed a gun on them to buy this ... I presume all countries are capable of deciding for themselves .

Every drug has side effects not to forget vaccines are NOT some sanjivani booti, ever wonder why there is a rise in number of "Autism" cases, tots as early as 18 months are given MMR vaccine which "presumably" has "lead/mercury" levels which cause Autism/dyslexia/seizures in kids, refer to articles under Autism vs Vaccines , most of which will be denied but then there are many parents opting out of vaccines for kids and home schooling them .

Vaccines are not some fancy stuff either, which are pushed so much, they are pushed so that billions of dollars are given during the research and can make billions more when it's approved ... when we watch Dr.Shiv Ayyadurai's views we will know what the fuss is all about with vaccines ... and then there is an interesting tweet by Bill Gates in Dec 2019 which I shared earlier .

Trump touted HCQ may not be effective but Vaccines aren't great either one shd have healthy life style and boost immunity .. some medicines like HCQ works some vaccine may work but every freaking allopathic drug has a side effect period.
