Mumbai will take the longest to recover.Film industry must have unity and help each other.The first priority should be given to films which are near completion..then those which are more than half completed..or many producers will go out of business.

WHO,Fauci and others are talking about a long drawn battle.Forget about audience in theaters ,cast and crew would be nervous working on sets..One case of virus in Filmistan will halt all films..

I beg to differ. Once this pandemic is over, people will throng to cinemas to watch films esp the single screens..Cinema is the main source of entertainment for majority people here..these OTT platforms pander to a very small group. They can never replace the experience of watching a film in theater.

Pandemic khatam hone k baad jab kaam chalu hoga..when they'll have some money..entertainment is also essential.. mobile pe tik tok aur po*n dekhne k ilawa barey pardey pe film dekhne ko bhi mann karega..agar social distancing ki itni awareness hoti toh thaali bajatey huey sarko pe procession nahi nikalte..even now so many people loiter around unnecessarily, ghar pe baithna accha nahi lagta.

People are moving to abroad to commence shooting of films but what will be the use when theaters wont get opened for the rest of the year ?? Majority of single screens are never gonna be reopened even after covid fades away.
