From all the FBs we always knew that Dev had had a tough childhood but yes, the way he dropped all barriers that day was heartwarming. People have bashed him but I dunno, I've always loved Dev. Perhaps more than Sona.

Yes..I knew he had it not easy but that day when he was narrating all of it, I don't know I felt so so bad for him. Till date I'm not able to re watch that episode. I cry like anything. That's not who I am. But I guess there's too many emotions involved in there. It seemed so real.
TBH, I never watched after like first 80-90 episodes but yeah, I love that show for how much I have watched
