‘मुझे नहीं जाना अपने देश’, भारत जैसी सुविधाएं न मिलने के डर से अमेरिकी अपने देश नहीं जाना चाहते ।

'भारत जैसी सुविधाएं नहीं मिलेंगी अमेरिका में' ।

वुहान वायरस से निपटने में पूरा संसार प्रयासरत है और अपने नागरिकों की रक्षा हेतु वे हरसंभव प्रयास कर रहे हैं। अमेरिका भी इसी दिशा में काम कर रहा है और हाल ही में उसने भारत में फंसे 1300 से अधिक नागरिकों को बाहर निकालने का प्रबंध भी किया था।

हालांकि यहां आ गई मुसीबत. दरअसल, 1300 में से मात्र 10 अमेरिकी ही अपने देश जाने को तैयार हैं। बाकी का मानना है कि भारत जैसी सुविधाएं उन्हें शायद ही अमेरिका में मिले। प्रीति गांधी के एक ट्वीट के अनुसार, “अधिकतर अमेरिकी भारत नहीं छोड़ना चाहते, क्योंकि वे यहां ज़्यादा सुरक्षित महसूस कर रहे हैं। कई लोग अंतिम समय पर अपने हाथ पीछे खींच रहे हैं, वह भी तब जब अमेरिकियों ने सभी प्रबंध कर रखे हैं“।

बता दें कि वुहान वायरस से यदि कोई सबसे ज़्यादा प्रभावित है, तो वह है अमेरिका। 5 लाख से भी ज्यादा लोग संक्रमित है और 22000 से भी ज़्यादा लोग मृत्यु को प्राप्त हो चुके हैं। उधर भारत में लगभग 9000 लोग इस महामारी से संक्रमित है, और लगभग 300 लोग मृत्यु को प्राप्त हो चुके हैं।

परन्तु ऐसा क्या हुआ कि अमेरिकियों को भारत अभी ज़्यादा सुरक्षित लगने लगा है? दरअसल, अमेरिकी भी इस बात से अनभिज्ञ नहीं हैं कि भारत के मुकाबले अमेरिका की हालत बहुत ज़्यादा खराब है। जिनके पास कोई स्वास्थ्य बीमा नहीं है, उन्हें अपने खर्चे पर उपचार कराना पड़ रहा है।

उधर भारत में ऐसा कुछ नहीं है। यहां सभी लोगों का मुफ्त में इलाज हो रहा है, और इसके अलावा जो सक्षम है, उन्हें भी काफी सस्ते दर पर उच्चतम सुविधाएं प्रदान की गई हैं। यही नहीं, भारत अमेरिका की हर प्रकार से सहायता भी कर रहा है।

अभी हाल ही में भारत ने अमेरिका और ब्राज़ील सहित कई देशों को वुहान वायरस से निपटने में कारगर हाइड्रोक्सी क्लोरोक्वाइन की खेप निर्यात करने को स्वीकृति दी है। भारत HCQ (Hydroxychloroquine) का दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा उत्पादक है, जिसने वित्तीय वर्ष 2019 में 51 मिलियन डॉलर मूल्य की दवा का निर्यात किया था। यह देश से 19 बिलियन डॉलर फार्मा के क्षेत्र से होने वाले निर्यात का एक छोटा हिस्सा है।

भारतीय फार्मास्युटिकल एलायंस (आईपीए) के महासचिव सुदर्शन जैन के अनुसार, भारत दुनिया के 70 प्रतिशत हाइड्रोक्सी क्लोरोक्वाइन की आपूर्ति करता है। यह भी जानना आवश्यक है कि केंद्र ने ही पहले ही Ipca Laboratories and Cadila Healthcare से 100 मिलियन टैबलेट बनाने का ऑर्डर दे दिया था।

निर्माताओं का दावा है कि भारतीय बाजार के लिए पर्याप्त स्टॉक है, और साथ ही भारत के पास इतनी दवा है कि वह इन दवाओं को निर्यात कर सकता है। बिजनेस स्टैंडर्ड की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार स्थानीय स्तर पर आपूर्ति के बारे में चिंता करने की कोई जरूरत नहीं है। भारत आवश्यकता पड़ने पर प्रति माह लगभग 100 टन दवा बना सकता है, क्योंकि इस दवा के बनाने की क्षमता को आसानी से बढ़ाया जा सकता है।

अमेरिका के राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप एक दो नहीं कई बार खुलकर चीन के खिलाफ बयान दे चुके हैं. ब्रिटेन की खुफिया एजेंसियां कोरोना के वुहान लैब से लीक होने का आरोप लगा चुकी हैं. जापान चीन की चाल को समझकर वहां से अपनी कंपनियों को निकालने की तैयारी कर रहा है. वहीं जर्मनी की चांसलर तो कोरोना से पहले भी कई मुद्दों पर चीन पर अविश्वास जाहिर कर चुकी हैं. यह संक्रमण चीन के वुहान शहर से फैलना शुरू हुआ था और इसने अब तक दुनिया में 1,19,666 लोगों की जान ले ली है और करीब 20 लाख लोग इससे संक्रमित हैं.

अमेरिका जो इस वक्त कोरोना से सबसे बड़ी जंग लड़ रहा है. चीन पर सबसे ज्यादा खफ़ा है. राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप ने तो चीन को साफ साफ धमकी दे दी है कि कोरोना से जुड़ी सूचनाओं को छिपाने वाले चीन को इसका अंजाम भुगतना होगा. राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप ने एक पत्रकार के सवाल का जवाब देते हुए ये भी कहा है कि चीन को बहुत जल्द मालूम चल जाएगा, उसे सच छिपाने की कितनी बड़ी कीमत चुकानी होगी.

व्हाइट हाउस में सोमवार को एक संवाददाता सम्मेलन में एक पत्रकार ने ट्रंप से बार-बार सवाल किया कि इसके लिए चीन कोई दुष्परिणाम क्यों नहीं भुगत रहा? इसके जवाब में ट्रंप ने कहा, "आपको कैसे पता, इसके कोई दुष्परिणाम नहीं हैं?" इस बारे में बार-बार सवाल किए जाने पर ट्रंप ने कहा, "मैं आपको नहीं बताऊंगा. चीन को पता चल जाएगा. मैं आपको क्यों बताऊंगा?" चीन के खिलाफ अमेरिकी सांसदों की टिप्पणियों के बीच ट्रंप ने कहा, "आपको पता चल जाएगा."

वैसे अमेरिका में चीन को सबक सिखाने की तैयारी भी शुरू कर दी गई है. सीनेटर स्टीव डेन्स ने राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप को चीन के खिलाफ चिट्ठी लिखी है. चिट्ठी में चीन से मेडिकल आपूर्ति और उपकरणों पर निर्भरता खत्म करने की मांग की है. अमेरिका में दवाइयां बनाने से जुड़ी नौकरियों को वापस लेने की मांग की गई है. चार रिपब्लिकन सांसदों ने चीन पर निर्भरता कम करने के लिए विधेयक पेश किया गया है. अमेरिका से जो संकेत मिल रहे हैं उसके मुताकि चीन के पर कतरने के लिए अमेरिका चीन से अपनी कंपनियों को वापिस बुलाने की तैयारी में जुटा है लेकिन चीन के खिलाफ ये गुस्सा सिर्फ अमेरिका में नहीं है.

सीनेटर स्टीव डेन्स ने ट्रंप को पत्र लिखकर अपील की है कि अमेरिका सरकार चीन से चिकित्सकीय आपूर्ति एवं उपकरणों पर निर्भरता को समाप्त करे और अमेरिका में दवाइयां बनाने संबंधी नौकरियां वापस लेकर आए. रिपब्लिकन पार्टी के चार सांसदों ने भी चीन पर निर्भरता कम करने के लिए सोमवार को एक विधेयक पेश किया था.

एक नदी में बाढ़ आती है छोटे से टापू में पानी भर जाता है वहां रहने वाला सीधा साधा एक चूहा कछुवे से कहता है मित्र

" क्या तुम मुझे नदी पार करा सकते हो मेरे बिल में पानी भर गया है ?

कछुवा राजी हो जाता है तथा चूहे को अपनी पीठ पर बैठा लेता है।

तभी एक बिच्छु भी बिल से बाहर आता है।

कहता है मुझे भी पार जाना है मुझे भी ले चलो।

चूहा बोला मत बिठाओ ये जहरीला है ये मुझे काट लेगा।

तभी समय की नजाकत को भांपकर बिच्छू बड़ी विनम्रता से कसम खाकर प्रेम प्रदर्शित करते हुए कहता है : भाई कसम से नही काटूंगा बस मुझे भी ले चलो।"

कछुआ चूहे और बिच्छू को ले तैरने लगता है।

तभी बीच रास्ते मे बिच्छु चूहे को काट लेता है।

चूहा चिल्लाकर कछुए से बोलता है "मित्र इसने मुझे काट लिया अब मैं नही बचूंगा।"

थोड़ी देर बाद उस बिच्छू ने कछुवे को भी डंक मार दिया। कछुवा मजबूर था जब तक किनारे पहुंचा चूहा मर चुका था।

कछुआ बोला

"मैं तो इंसानियत से मजबूर था तुम्हे बीच मे नही डुबोया"

मगर तुमने मुझे क्यों काट लिया ?

बिच्छु उसकी पीठ से उतरकर जाते जाते बोला "मूर्ख तुम जानते नही मेरी तो धर्म ही है डंक मारना चाहे कोई भी हो।"

गलती तुम्हारी है जो तुमने मुझ पर विश्वास किया।

ठीक इसी तरह

कोरोना की इस बाढ़ में मोदी जी ने भी नदी पार करवाने के लिए कुछ बिच्छुओं को पीठ पर बिठा लिया है।

वे लगातार डंक मार रहे है और सरकार इन्सानियत की खातिर मजबूर हैं ।
