Heyy!!and i was wondering if u were fine or not.. thankuu and it started with high fever pehle but my mum has also paranoia disorder coz she had really tough life personally and my parents doesnt really share a great relationship all the time so due to all of this..thn she started having one of her episodes..she really doesnt trust anyone and its so scary and hurtful seein my mum like this..she is very kind and cheerful kind of person otherwise....our family is into medical business so thankgod we have contact wid doctors n all bt she isnt taking any meds..unko aise lagta someone is trying to hurt her and halat or kharab ho rhi hai ab..she isnt sleeping too..idk what to do..im pretty used to handling my mum like this since last year and she was fine and now again this all started..muje sach samaj nai aarha what to do..she isnt even talkin to anyone except me a little...ive kept my calm till now but i really dont what to do or make her feel right and safe....makin me feel more worse... apni mumma ka hi khyal ni rkah pa rhe humlog...sorry for rant but im really feeling the worse rite now and so powerless...
Hey there. Never be sorry for venting out. You are doing all you can and putting in all efforts, and that's what matters. And please feel free to talk anything you want. It is important to vent out at times. Especially in stressful situations like this.
Mental health is a complicated thing, and she must have become all the more agitated cause of the fever. Plus, these are extremely stressful times for everyone, so mental health issues becoming aggravated is not unusual. If she is talking to you just stay with her, and make sure that she is hydrated. Just stay near her, and be patient. She will be alright eventually. Try to make sure that she does not hear to much of news or rather anything negative.
You are doing good okay.  please take care of your self as well, only then you shall be able to care for your mother. 🤗
