No reason this and Riya's HC can't run parallel. 😃 If you remember, in my continuation, I had Kuhu leave a note for Kunal before she fell asleep on the couch to prevent him from doing so. I will just add that she thought of that little touch after this conversation (they met for coffee or talked on the phone during the day when Kuhu and Kunal didn't see each other -- between Riya's HC and my continuation), where Sheetal totally validates her concerns about Kunal but points out that she isn't communicating them in a way that he gets the message and her actual intention. So maybe find other, subtler ways to communicate that you are worried about him? Kuhu takes some time to think about it, and comes up with the note and then the next morning, the saree (as per Meera's contribution!). Howzzat? 😎

I would have guessed a very similar trajectory for how Atul ended up in acting classes away from home! I think that's why he doesn't call his parents much either -- too much drama! But Kuhu, Ketu, and he keep up on social media since they are all very active there. It's like their secret hideout away from the rest of the family. 😉

Ohhh!! Okay!! Now, I get what you're trying to say. I really like that you've put in Kuhu's insecurities in a supposedly professional relationship as well. I like everything else too!!

The only thing is she would have to tell her something as to why she didn't meet her at the court. She wouldn't just leave her waiting there, would she?

@Snow and clarity: Since the girls had just finished college at the beginning of the show, can we fabricate some sort of one year since graduation event where Kunal gets to see Kuhu in her element, not to mention the line of boys who used to wait to do her homework? 😆

And then we can incorporate Peace's idea I think it was, that Mishti unknowingly fans the flames by telling Kunal about all the boys and the crazy things they did to get Kuhu's attention. 😈 That's Vinay Patel, he learned to play the guitar because Kuhu once mentioned that she loved Ranbir in Rockstar. Oh, and there's Shashank Agarwal, he used to write Kuhu these corny poems and stick them in our mailbox -- Shaurya uncle found one by mistake one time and almost got him suspended. etc etc. 😆

Cliched or not, I would love for Kuhu to have a male friend to make Kunal jealous. I want there to be someone other than Mishti who gets his blood boiling 😆 This guy could be Nishant's best friend. The cornerstone of Kuhu's personality is her need to be loved and accepted. Despite her Kuhuness, She is massively insecure about her place in her loved ones' lives. The Kuhuness makes her seem more confident than she is but she cares a lot about the opinions of others, sometimes too much. So, she is susceptible to being influenced by people like Meenakshi, Jasmeet and Kunal in the past.

At the end of the day, Kuhu is still a scared little girl who just wants to be loved.

🤣 Sorry for maaroing paani on your sapne. I just did that 'cause we know the guy will play the role of a kabab mein haddi for KuKu so I thought he deserved his own happy ending. 😛

In my head, this friend is Nishant's bff since childhood and somewhere along the way, he developed a crush on Kuhu. He says that he is over it but he still nurses a soft corner for her. Nish and him reach Rajkot and start mingling with the Maheshwaris and Rajvanshs. Slowly, the BFF starts noticing the cracks in Kuhu's fairytale and how she feels ignored. They start talking and not only does Kuhu find someone to share her problems with but we can also #Jealouschhokro raising his head.

I adore the idea of Mishti acquainting Kunal with Kuhu ke aashiqs. I can just imagine how the conversation would go.

Mishti goes, "Aur tumhe toh pata hai na Kunal ki Kuhu kitni romantic hai. Toh yeh ladke itni crazy harkate karte the usse impress karne ke liye. Ek ladka tha Ritvik, jo hamari balcony mein chadke aaya Kuhu ko propose karne ke liye kyunki Kuhu likes Romeo and Juliet. Can you believe it?". Mishti laughs heartily as Kunal looks like someone just told him that Uma Patel has resigned. He tries to maintain a neutral expression as he thinks, "Iss Ritvik ke bachche ko toh main..."

I think she kept up communication but just got very formal with Sheetal, keeping her at a distance so she couldn't give the lecture Kuhu assumed she would. She called Sheetal to tell her that they weren't coming to court, and that the divorce was off, and even invited her to the wedding (to which Sheetal comes in a handloom patola with chunky silver jewellery and a big black bindi), but kept cutting the conversation short before it went any deeper. Sheetal thinks wryly to herself, accha using my own nuskas against me, but she also gets it. After the wedding, she sends Kuhu a text that saying that it's been a pleasure getting to know her, and that she hopes they'll remain friends. Kuhu just replies with a #ofcourse and a cutesy GIF so Sheetal drops it for the time being, and curses herself for getting too attached to her clients. She is very happy to get that call a few weeks later, and reconnect, just as friends ❤️

So much validation in life!! To tell you the truth, when I read your message, I couldn't believe what you wrote. My dad was sitting in the room and I asked him to describe my personality and he said, I'm kinda straightforward (which is basically a nicer way of saying blunt which is how my mom would describe me). So, I was like this comment can't be how I seem to people in real life and as mentioned that I was on a video call and I asked my friend the same question and she basically said very similar stuff to what you said and now, I am sitting here in utter disbelief and trying not to shed tears.

Also, she made me realise that we all have different personalities depending on the environment or the people we interact with and even though I don't like the person I become when I stay at home, I couldn't agree more and then think about how Kuhu behaves when Mishti is thrown in the equation around her.

Okay, I'm gonna take deep breaths and get back to the conversation that has been going on in my absence.

Kuhu sees the ‘this time last year’ notification on social media - it’s her graduation pic with all her friends and classmates.

Fed up with everything at home and to take her mind off it all she has an idea to plan a get together including partners. She creates a group page on social media advertising her idea and gets everyone in her batch to join including Mishti (somehow?). Kuhu gets busy preparing this event and is super excited. Kunal is obviously curious, even more so, after Mishti makes a remark about how Kuhu was hugely popular with the boys; the typical girl-next-door.

We can have Kuhu being so excited that on the day of the event that she leaves home early to see the preparations. She forgets to tell Kunal this so that when kunal enters the venue with MA, he sees Kuhu is already chatting and laughing away with one of her ex-aashiqs.
