So are these in comparison to 3-4 trp of the top shows of Indian telly, Nagins and all.

I have also heard that SAB TV is also doing very good just coz of TMKOC repeats

Yes they are. Ramayan is watched from small kids to old people. It's not that people don't have other options as other channels too show repeat telecasts of their present and past shows but people will surely watch this rather than regressive shows on other channels set in 21st century.
