Surat's Randel area is worst, like Dharavi and can get spread Corona very fast, so after few evidences ( Police and Govt. ) they quarantined whole 17000+ houses and entire area,.....

Mind you, Surat had very bitter experience of last timen Plague and hence they are more cautious about these virus Balonies,..
