@bold: LOL so true.....my expectations have lowered quite a bit from the show now....dunno if they've also slowed the pace more now for fillers due to their bank of epis probably finishing up soon. Jo bhi hai, story is just feeling a big inconsistent and draggy to me....Shravan ka funda har roz badalta rehta hai.....lol so yeah best to watch it as a light hearted show without much expectation of consistency.

Beech beech mein kuch depth waale scene aa jayein toh good, warna ok😆

One other piece of trivia from that time.....lol Nakku ke face revelation (FR) ka itna horror isliye bhi hota tha cuz everytime she used to reveal her face to any man, he was shown to instantly fall in love with her or start lusting after her😆. Us waqt forum mein many people were actually worried they may show Baaji falling for her when she reveals her face😆.....and koi stupid love triangle na kar dein.

We breathed a big sigh of relief when Baaji remained in his normal mode with her, treating her like his friend/bhabhi. Ultimately he was the Laxman to Nakku as Sita and that is how they played it.

The only two men to not instantly fall for fair Nakku were Dutta and Baaji😆

Also, this whole "khubsoorati se nafrat" angle was straight lifted out of LTL and copy pasted in god knows how many shows after this😆....including Rangrasiya😆. LTL mein toh solid basis tha for Dutta's prejudice against beauty....baaki shows just did lazy copy/paste....lol

😆😆 oh man baaji and nakku hahaha can't even imagine that he always gave friend/brother vibe with nakku too matlab nakku toh chodo he hardly showed any intrest in anybody besides bhau matlab itna pure relationship tha in dono ka despite the family sometimes making baaji feel paraya bhai and dutta were solid like oh man *nazar utarooes*

I know yaar why she fell in love instantly he also was the first man who really didn't bother about looking at her twice and not caz she was ugly he was genuinly like that giving her respect she deserved inka bandhan kuch alag hi tha hamesha se they really didn't had to say much to each other and instant connect dono taraf se ban gaya tha woh trust wala. He also started trusting her despite his other problems with women and their khoobsoorti. They were truly special isi liye aaj bhi dekhne main utha hi maza aata hai and my feelz go up high . Drag toh hai but the drag still wasn't ott all the family drama was high voltage but still it was treated differently than other shows also KALA KALA kya bandi thi alag swag wali actual intelligent villain with a reasoning for her hatred not just caz they needed one

Kala and Svetlana are 2 epic villains matlab kya bandiyan thi dono kasam se maza aa jaata tha dekh ke kala without a doubt was superior than svet in every department but kala ke baad ek svet hi tehri jisme ek raub tha and not some jobless vamps trying to do chindi harkatein to be villains

😆 In rangrasiya yes it wasn't as solid but still the show I enjoyed caz major sa well until paro was there😆 Btw dono shows ka writer patil ji hi hain so apna hi copy paste theme kar dia😆 Yeah I found out that recently

Well i did like the lab bit then sumo shutting up anish and bhopali shravan's convo🤣 random was him being a waiter because why exactly? Is this his idea of saying sorry publicly as what happened with sumo happened publicly? Balcony scene was okayish ki haan meko dhundti hai woh she does think about me but still could've been done better. But issue is this is repetitive thoda aur pace with content chahiye more like aage badho but then guess with the lockdown they are simply slowing.

But seems like something is happening on the parents end with all sorts of deals. I didn't think they'd reveal it so soon ki chachu took money from devraj.

Yeah seems like they will soon stop the episodes.

Anyone has Shravan's army get up pic. Because while Suman's i can figure out i can't get the slightest idea what is the insignia on shravan's uniform. He has the atgm badge i figured that out.

Arey Kala ka swag toh was NEXT LEVEL, man😆.....Aashka played her in an epic fashion....definitely a landmark character. Svet toh was an outright psycho, but yes a vamp with solid screen presence, which sadly is hard to find aajkal. Kala was more layered and Aashka is a better actress too so she added to that portrayal of Kala....especially her twisted hatred and controlling steak with Dutta.

We used to have such amazing discussions about these characters in the LTL forum...ahh I miss that :)

Re: Baaji-Nakku....LOL ofcourse they always had a platonic vibe....but I'm just telling you uss time pe logon ko phobia hota tha ki cliched love triangle kar denge writers zabardasti wala just for drama😆.....thank god that never happened.

Re: RR....lol yeah I know the show was still good otherwise but it still amuses me all these years later also just how many shows tried to ape the LTL formula in such a poor fashion😆....haan writers do tend to repeat their own work I suppose but still, they need to do a better job of copy/pasting also....lol they had a good actor in Ashish but yeh khubsoorati hatred wala backstory needed more work to be convincing😆. In Dutta's case, it was totally convincing cuz he really did get betrayed so badly so many times by beautiful women😆

I also noticed ki LTL writers mein woh Shashi Mittal bhi hai....the people who opened their own PH later on and made shows like Tumhari Paakhi, YUDBKH and stuff.

Yup tab they actually tried to make things convincing and maintained a flow in the story track switches bhi proper hote thay aajkal ki tarah nahi turn a story in any direction caz Twitter pe some so called intellectuals have issues with it and koi itne purani baat bhi nahi hai yeh matlab last 10 saal hi toh hain . Even the saas bahu shows had a base the mahaan bahus also gave somewhat beleivable and solid reasonings behind their maahanta unlike aajkal

Haan but these 10 saal might as well be 10 janams in terms of how much the world has changed😆.

When LTL aired, there was no Twitter and social media hype ka pressure....they made the show on their own terms and just the usual TRP catering drama 😆.....now the world has totally changed and social media ka randomness dictates a lot.

So the show was lucky in that sense that they got to tell their story at that time....aajkal toh firstly aisa concept laane ke hi guts nahin honge kisi ke paas .....cuz only instant glamor sells 😆.....can you imagine someone agreeing to a show where 200 epis went in the FL covered in black soot?😆. Aajkal sabko instant noodles chahiye chaahe story flow ghanta ho.....lol

Anyways, watching these shows is like watching a time capsule now....lol woh zamaana is gone for good but I enjoy my nostalgia trips😆
