The basic reason for all this is jealousy. When the season started, it was hyped that big names like Rashmi Debo are part of the show but we know what really happened during the course of a time in the show. And by the end of Bigg Boss, the most popular girl from the show was Shehnaaz and in addition to that she has got Sidharth too. So these people couldn't tolerate the fact that a girl who is not from the industry, a newcomer got so much popularity and the man himself. Also they couldn't reach top 3 but she managed to do so.

They were jealous thru out the season but now they can't handle it looking at her daily increasing popularity. Also now it's clear that Sid is totally into her and won't leave her side ever. So all this cumulatively piled up and resulting into this behavior which is come out of pure jealousy and frustration.

Also one more point, fans do not have anything personal to lose in all this. But these actresses will have to face the industry, if their behavior continued like this, it will reflect on their work. It will definitely affect their future and people will think before offering them some work.
