I heard there are 2-3 cases in Dharavi as well. I don't know how true this is coz a friend told me this and I have not found any news on this online.
It will be very difficult if it spreads in slums, esp Dharavi where people are staying in such close proximity.š

Yes China is to be blamed.
Intentionally or unintentionally they try to cover the information till it become out of control.
If only they should have reacted 2-3 weeks earlier and closed all travels, the spread would not be that much worldwide.
WHO and UN both should setup an inquiry once things are back to normal.
Even some kind of sanctions should also be imposed on china.
If we dont react this time things may get worse later. Every country in the world should know that their carelessness or hunger for power can be fatal for humanity.

There was one person found in Dharavi who had it , as he worked for someone who returned from foreign ,he had it and gave it to this guy, and slum guy spend like a week or so there , so it might have spread and gone out of control
