I am not sure about the asset part...Because at the end of the day you have to factor in the maintenance, property taxes, and the interest!

That is so true. House values are gonna go down and won’t even get down payment back. Pati is cleaning the house, cooking and taking care of toddler. Abhi ke liye bahot hai. 😆 Previous owner had all renovations done. Thankfully we don’t need much upgrades.

We did this comparison. So far it has been a good decision. But after this pandemic and recession, can’t say for sure. 🤷‍♀️

I’m bored. I’ve a long list of shows/movies to watch but don’t feel like doing anything.

Dumb people. There is one boy here who fought with police for roaming in scooty🤪Parcha lag gaya. Ab govt job apply nai kar paayegi jab tak case chalega. Such measures are necessary seriously. One thing i learnt that indians don't like discipline at all.

And regarding china, it looks so well planned that only one state gets affected and others stay free. Sure they are so innocent😭

If you buy a house within your affordability (both financial as well as maintenance wise) then you are good....But some people buy million dollar single family homes and then struggle to keep it even clean for the starters...Then they will have to hire a house help and what not, let alone the regular maintenance costs....The key is to go for something minimal and nice!
