It’s a strategic decision.. sana knows her equation with Sid .. her family knows too that is why she is staying with him during a very disturbing time in India ( world) right now .. she was stuck in MSK and immediately after because of music video release she stayed back and there was a lock down .. otherwise who would want to stay away from family in troubled times ..

They have a lot more music video and all to be done they will keep on building the buzz .. if everything is shown instantly it can spoil it or jinx it .. Sid may not be comfortable about bringing important life decision in limelight ..
