Any sort of discussion regarding religion / politics / sensitive issues will not be allowed. If some actor commented on religion/politics/nations, discussion will be allowed but the discussion should be limited to only what the actor commented.

So why is this thread not closed yet ? There are a lot of political comments in here . Some consistency is expected in such decisions .

It is not as if Kanika Kapoor is the only one who has done it. Action taken against her is correct. But similar action should be taken against others too for flouting rules. If that is brought to notice on some public forums then it is not a religious discussion. It is a fact that mass was being held in church, a Christian lady complained about it and collective namaz still offered in some mosques till yesterday.

Three doctors have been arrested for saying they have cure for COVID-19.

As is clear from some videos people are spreading misinformation about COVID-19.

The fact is to be noted that Haji Ali Dargah was already closed 2 days ago . Kudos to them. They is the way to behave when entire nation is facing calamity.

UT has been requesting people to avoid public gatherings and here we have people not listening to him. As a result when UT will be forced to crack the whip these same psuedo-liberals will start howling about it.

They have started stamping because there have been multiple cases where people are not following the prescribed self quarantine.. this is a method to check who’s not following the orders..

sorry to say but it is very likely that there were no guidelines provided to her for self quarantine. I came to delhi on 7th March form London and underwent health screening but they did not tell me to quarantine myself. There were no orders given to us. There were hardly 30-40 cases in UK at that point so during immigration they just took contact information for future. Now they are calling to see if we have any symptoms.

Yeah, even in india it was around that time. I myself came on 7th March from London to India and there were no orders of self quarantine. They only checked temperature at airport and took contact information for future.

So , she is the new Typhoid Mary. 🤔

How can you hide in a bathroom and not get screened unless there's a lapse in the security??? You don't need to even travel abroad to know that one can not just land from abroad, hide in a bathroom and surpass immigration and security without any screening these days.

The issue has suddenly blown up only because there are politicians involved who were present at parties aur unki phati padi hai. Are similar actions being taken against that idiot from Kolkata or others who are running away from quarantine and endangering common public?

As someone who has done it for more than 100 times, one can't skip immigration or security checks but health screenings are actually skippable at a lot of places. I have seen VIPs do it during terror scares. The most common excuse is ' it's wasting my time'. Kanika though...it seems unlikely that she could skip screening.

I do agree that it's now a witch hunt because she's a known face and because of the politicians. People are also angry and the government needed to do something to calm them. Goverment lapses clearly happened. But also on a personal level, lapses happened. she shouldn't even taken the flight from Mumbai to Lucknow. She put people in that flight in danger too other than coming home to infect her own parents.

I just wanna know how on two separate occassions,after coming to Mumbai, and after coming to Lucknow, government didn't ask her to take any measures and even she didn't have the brains to self isolate. If at all screening actually happened,that it also a question mark. It's a huge mistake on both ends.

And here is some more . Don't they understand simple thing ?

Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], Mar 19 (ANI): The students, who arrived from Bangladesh at Srinagar International Airport on Thursday, have been quarantined at pre-designated locations by the district administration, after police dispersed their parents who were protesting against the quarantine process.

These students were to be quarantined as a precautionary measure in view of the spread of COVID-19 according to the directions of District Magistrate Budgam.

The medical authorities at Srinagar International Airport had requested these students to cooperate for the said quarantine process to which they did not agree and started to protest, breaking windows or glass panes of Srinagar International Airport arrival area.

They are not testing for virus by taking blood sample. Kanika said she did not have symptoms for one week but developed 4 days ago when she got alerted and tested herself.

ok i am horrible at math but if she got symptoms 4 days ago and she flew back from London on the 9th... can people even rule out a community transmission?
