If no Maya, she doesn't really have anything to redeem herself. MJ and she are just married, for the sake of it, even the world knows nothing's right between them, they are stuck together for Rudra.

So, as long as she is good mother to Rudra, she is good and out of the picture and if she doesn't harm MJ's upcoming gfs

Parallels: Earlier Maya could any think of her revenge, Rajeev would chirp about Rudra yeh, Rudra wo..how MayRa are super cute together.

Now Maya has flashes of Rudra, their kiss, their mirror moment.. (of course Rajeev also, when she saw him), and Rajeev finds her and tells about her dark past and her revenge.

Guysss, whoever wrote this story line actually spent a lot of time thinking of details. There is a lot of symbolism, a lot of thought, a lot of energy they channeled into the show. It's not some written over night track.

@Bold - Agree. That's another reason why I love BH2 more than previous season. The mytho and MB connection to the characters and plot creates more curiosity and attracts viewers more towards the show

I miss those MayRa scenes, the intensity was something else. We did not get that in later phase of MayRa's marriage.
