I don't see Prachi falling in love with someone else and all. It is hard enough for her just with Ranbir. Unless he thinks she is in love with someone else. Nevertheless, to Aryan he said he wants her to love him but first he wants her trust and he wants her to be comfortable with him. So he is basically voicing out his raw insecurities I guess
