Every state should go kerala model n just force quarantine everyone coming out of airport... Kerala learned it hard way 2 weeks ago, now every state should do the same... Kerala has 25000+ppl in home quarantine n 2000+in government n 200 + in hospitals n 19 confirmed cases.

I think refusing to quarantine, hiding travel history,running away has to dealt strictly. There is no other way. If they have the fear of getting arrested they will atleast stay at home or in one place wherever that is and die on their own. This freely roaming around spreading the disease without consequences has to stop.

They are indeed endangering lives here but it is also true government is completely relying on these reckless people only. You can't rely on them to map their whereabouts and find suspected cases and also at the same time start punishing them for breaking rules. Most may stop cooperating with honesty and hide details. That will also have severe repercussions. Like Kanika already stared lying she didn't attend any party. Thankfully she is too high profile to hide her details. Others might succeed. I don't know punishing them will be useful or dangerous in such situations given we have very fewer alternatives available.,
