Rewatched this episode. My take:

Prerna has come to him from an ego space. She wants to put a bandage on her wounded ego after she, along with Sneha, is spurned and humiliated by Basu. Why I don't like her here is because she looks at RB like a man who would always accept her no matter what (doormat? Sorry, couldn't find a better word) . Well, that's true but.. Well such a man deserves a better treatment. I don't mean she is a bad person. She is just a human but I just can't support her actions here.

RB is in the heart space here. His love is pure. He knows that she won't love him, he knows that she is doing this because she is fatally hurt. That's it. Yet he accepts her plea because he really doesn't expect anything from her at this stage. His all belongs to her. His yes is hurting him but he will still say it because she wants it or rather needs it.

I see the role reversal. Once Prerna was in the heart space and RB was all about ego. Seems that P's love has made her bitter and egoistic while RB's has transformed him into a selfless and noble soul.
