Prerna needs Bajaj

No she does not need to seek permission from Bajaj. She’s not a slave to a family like the Basus anymore where she would be pleading and begging to be around Anurag. She’s done with that!

What Bajaj gives her is something called FREEDOM! Freedom to do what she wants (as it should be for any individual). She doesn’t feel any pressure because he doesn’t ever make her feel it.

She calls him at the auction, not to ask for permission but because there in an understanding between them. If Prerna is ever unsure, she can call him.

In the party, she asked him ‘Am I wrong?’ - again not asking Bajaj because he has any authority over her, but because she trusts his advice. If she feels lost or uncertain, Bajaj is Prerna’s go-to person.

Today, she called him because she didn’t know what to do with her family issue. What does this prove? She instinctively goes to Bajaj for any problems or dilemmas she has. Bajaj on the other hand, let’s her be but acts as her constant support. Romance or romance, the relationship comes out beautifully.

Does Prerna feel the need to hide anything from him? Nope! It’s because he’s her calm. He is never going to be the reason for her weakness. Till now, her family, Anurag and Basus have only made her weak. Here is a man who gives her strength and doesn’t even make a big deal about it.

He is that 3am friend for Prerna whom everyone wants. 🥰 She takes her own decisions but she asks once from him, because she doesn't want to do any mistakes. That is something we all do when we are very close to someone in our lives and put him/her on a pedestal higher above from us. For some it's parents for some their bffs for some their husbands or siblings. Once assured she moves ahead with it. She seeks for assurance and there is no wrong in seeking for assurance as that's the most important thing one does with their most favourite people in life 😁

That's exactly the vibes that came through. She knew he would understand her mom not wanting to move into his house. And he told her how to convince her mom. She said it very clearly, I didn't know how to get around, you helped me.

He’s her husband and bff. What more would you want? I love how they’re gradually showing the audience the strength of their relationship. Touchwood it’s one of the very very few bonds which has been well written!

How modern day relationships should be on and offscreen

He's her sounding board. Her trusted confidante. Her partner. Her strength. He's the person who saved her and gave her a new life and made her capable to face challenges in life.

What more would any person want from their life partner than all of the above. Prerna will realise this one day and the wait is going to be long, but worth it.
