Yes, I don't expect Suman to take this lie from Shravan lightly either. She will likely feel betrayed that after her genuine attempt to be a loyal and good friend to him, he was still doing all this. Basically he set himself up for this so there has to be some price to pay....remains to be seen how he tries to manaao Sumo after this.

Also, there is the issue of trust. Sumo had just started to trust Shravan genuinely as a friend and learning about this will likely shake her trust in him again. Now I think even if Shravan tries to genuinely tell her about his feelings, she won't believe him and think he's just lying casually to pataao her just like he did with Devika. LOL this is how Shravan may realize that lying all the time ultimately makes people lose faith in you even when you tell the truth.

I wish Shravan himself would tell Suman about his lie. Like this, she'll be less hurt at least that he's always like that & just started to change himself.

Shravan is not yet at the stage to manage to tell Suman himself. That is why this big jhatka is needed. Yes, he was changing slowly recently but he still didn't fully realize that lying about Suman to everyone like that was wrong.

He is a good hearted person but he still doesn't fully realize how much honesty and trust form the basis of any meaningful relationship. He may otherwise have genuinely been a caring friend to Sumo but in parallel, lying about her like this showed that he didn't fully understand the importance of respecting someone's trust in you.

So this should now be a turning point for him to realize some things and with a clean slate, try to re-form his bond with Sumo.

I just saw the promo....as expected, Sumo was super upset and even slapped him.....aww Shravan😆......ekdum dil toot gaya bechaare ka but sadly lies do come home to roost.....he needed to realize this. He looks like such a kiddo, kinda pouting even in hurt.....lol. Yeh dekh ke it's striking that for all the cool facade he tries to project, he is essentially a masoom sa baccha only.
