No. It's not any continuation from tmopb the drama follows other novel written by same author by name three lives there worlds the pillow book a.k.a the pillow book😆

According to novel it starts from bai qain wedding but in drama they go through chronological order and give the wedding around 22 or 21 episode😃

So it doesn't matter if you don't remember peach blossom story😎
