Why can't Sampada be the donor? She also shares same blood group as Moksh.

They can show some other person from Malhar's family as the donor. Nobody's blood group has been announced. It can be Swara, Sarthak or even Madhav.

Otherwise why not Kalyani? Her blood group also not known.

Rachits time kalayni tried matching the samples of all ranes with mokshs but none was found suitable.

I don't know wether they tried atharvas beacuse he is not blood relation.

Nahi I don't remember but rachit made a deal.with her that of she agrees from something he will collect the blood samples she got the result also.
