Ik, but I think it's too soon to compare him with Karna since we never saw his point of view. Hell, we don't get MJ pov properly, expecting Aamir's pov is a unrealistic thing

On a serious note, this is fantastic because in the last couple of episodes, Aamir is shown as someone who is ready to jump in to defend Antara and even question MJ! There are so many layers to him and the makers should start peeling them now.. it’s high time.
