Plus Maya from last 10 years with the story the makers have shown us dint seem like she had anyone else in her life.. he could have been a friend of Manvi who cheated her too.. because his words in the iv hinted this to me.. someone from the past which dint turn into a fairy tale.. fairy tale for whom? For him only..

The current track in the show is nurturing on the beyhadh aspect of the characters

Mayas hate obession towards MJ and allies

Mjs sanak towards Maya and his son

Only Rudra love obsession part has taken a back seat and that also has to be explored ..
