The same truck was responsible for killing their parents. Arnav is right to feel angry. The resignation came as a surprise to him. There was no mention of it from Khushi when he has been checking on her every day.

Also, why would she not discuss it with Arnav, after claiming to love him truly (that's what i deduce from a person like Khushi)...........esp since that guy was so instrumental in getting the best treatment available for her father............ at least she owe'd him that........

or was her handing in the resignation, just a catalyst to get the past story out.......the story that connects their pain..... ??

edited :

also why does she refer to Shashi Gupta as Tayaji in her narration ?

Sometimes more than the financial help, it's the person's presence that matters the most. May be that's the angle Khushi is talking from. At this point, her being there itself is a huge difference and will heal him soon!

Just my opinion!

Cheers

Whatte lovely update! There's love and there's pain. They've finally realised, acknowledge and accepted the bond they share along with their deep rooted past. To lose your loved ones is the worst and they've gone through it together as well!

I'm glad he's finally making peace with the situation. I know it's easier said than done, but, her love will now make him stronger. Hoping Shashi gets back to normal soon!

Now a small separation? Or will Arnav marry her and bring them all to his place? He did have the ring!

They kissed and how! It was more of a reassurance than anything else. That they are there for each other. Hope they cross this bridge soon!

Cheers

Thank you for this perspective. Yes. Sometimes it's not about the money, but about someone being there to take charge and run things. It's about the peace of mind that lets you heal faster.

But I still agree that Khushi should have discussed it with Arnav before she handed in the resignation. Will work on that aspect in the edits. I just love such insights into my characters and stories. Really makes my heart swell in gratitude.

Thank you 😊

I think you are in hurry to finish this story. I thought you won’t be updating on IF as you are posting on Wattpad. My mistake.. I didn’t check on IF ..

Now back to story, this Khushi of yours is very bold and brave. She coped well with the tragedies of her life.If its not her ASR would have left her again . Now we looking forward to romance

Not really dear. After 80,000 words its almost like the end is there. There are still two maybe three more chapters left for this one to end. And then onto the next one. All my future work will be posted on Wattpad only for the time being (unless I find another equally engaging platform)
Thank you for following me on both platforms, and staying with the story for the time it has taken me to complete it. Its readers like you who motivate me to keep writing.

-So glad you are updating... thank you..

Happy to see both have confessed, but as is their case misunderstanding creeps in. Loved the way how you have joined their destiny way back to when they both lost their parents.

Super..

Arnav without being there, organized everything for Shashi's treatment.

I agree the family does not know the budding relationship between Arnav and Khushi, so they think she is going to go ahead with marrying Aman. It is an uphill task for Khushi to convince her family about breaking off with Aman and her budding love for Arnav.

Now coming to Khushi handing over her resignation before uttering a word to Arnav did not fit well. Especially, when Arnav is fully involved in Shashi's treatment and took all the burden off her shoulders.

Khushi can decide to be with her family and take care of Payal's wedding preparations along with running the sweet shop. She needs to let Arnav know about her decision and that is what she intended to do when she arrived at the apartment. But, now Arnav figured that they lost their parents on the same day at the same place under the same truck which was driven by either a contract killer or a reckless truck driver. All is not lost yet. Arnav might persuade her to continue her job. He may offer her some time off so, she can take care of her family.

Eagerly waiting for the next update to know.

Cheers....
