In season 1 yes..they had a normal husband wife relationship , komo got pregnant but she aborted the baby after which anrag divorced her.

S2 , anurag admitted getting intimate with komo , a one night stand, as he was drunk, n diya is their daughter.. that's what he said ..she is 6 yrs old
