if Neil will resign then why will he send mini a letter in the haveli he would have given it to her in the restaurant, I think its someone else who had sent the letter to mini in Neil's name.

I meant in future when Mini will confess and he rejects it he may decide to leave. This letter I feel is sent by third person.
