why Rani & Bebo haven't received Padmashri yet?

Any specific reason? I mean actresses who have debuted much later they've been felicitated with Padmashri but not these 2? What might be the possible reason?

I guess they dont know anyone in the government! Sadly, Sharmila Tagore has no power anymore and Mr India doesn't mingle around!

PADMASHRI is still prestigious award and that trophy with kangu 🤢
