Anyways, Akash doesn’t look bad. His younger brother is back to his obese body and it’s got to be some health issue (thyroid) and not just eating. He’s gained a lot of weight in a very short time.

Chhotawala had always been obese since childhood. This one was also fat once... then lost weight 5-6 years back. Those days he used to look so attractive... ab phir se mota teddy bear ho gaya.
