lol Akshay receiving lot of criticism. Looks like people were expecting Akshay to be in masala avatar and over the top like Chulbul, Simmba and Akshay's own Rowdy. But he seems to be in his Baby element.

The trailer is typical Rohit Shetty, even Simmba trailer showed the storyline in the trailer... From the trailer this looks more like an action thriller than a masala entertainer... Simmba and Singham got the larger than life entry, whistle-worthy one-liner not Sooryavanshi... Even Akki's acting is not your usual massy masala film acting.

Also they are using Aaya Police BG music and Mera wala Dance song from Simmba in this one.

Sureshot 200 crores guaranteed though. 300 is also possible.

One thing I love about Masala films is that the male leads are Rowdy types. In this movie akki is coming of as bland.

Something about it was off. The action scenes looked too slow. The plot is very predictable. The entire trailer is about Muslim terrorists and then in the last second they remember to mention the honorable Muslims of India. It appeared very add on and disingenuous even for a fictional movie. The only good part was Ajay’s scene.

Also, Akshay’s age is catching up with him. He no longer looks 40, which he was able to pull off for a good while.

The forcing of a Cop universe is what probably bugs many of us- they each have own movie..THEn we have the whole mix.

Akki is aging - and here is seen more clearly.

Still the movie will probably do 250 cr. or more.

Suprised Ranveer had such big part. So he's more than 15 min ...thought it would be a cameo of 3 min.

Ajay seems to have a big role, too.

So looks like 50% Akki with 10% as 3 'team'..15 % Ranveer, 15% Ajay..10% Kat.

Let's see how this works out.

Katrina had more expressions than him and that says something. Literally has one expression throughout. His face is completely frozen :|

And they really showed everything in the trailer. Like everything :|

But that's what Rohit is known for- trailers that show the main plotline?

He'll show you main plot and have hidden stuff to surprise you with when you see the movie.

That's exactly what he has done - in the movies that I've seen of him.

The only good part is Ajay Devgan...just like he was the best part of Simbaa...and of course my Kittykat...

Bokwaas movie hai just like Simbaa but less cringeworthy....but will make 300 cr plus.....movies like Simbaa and Housefull prove that the audience will still watch substandard movie...so much for the evolved audience rant..😆

Akshay looks old !! AD is of. Same age as him right ? But looks so much younger than him !!

Baaghi 3, Sooryavanshi are EFFED now. People will avoid mass gatherings like theatres.

Also Akshay looked dull and puny. He’s lost too much weight and just looks lifeless. Ranveer was giving me so much life with his hot body and acting.

his weight and look in gabbar is back was perfect..

he has become too lean and on top of that he is clean shaven which is ageing him some years..lean + clean shaven never a good idea esp when you cross 50..he was looking weak standing next to ajay at trailer launch..ajay looks great for his age with his bulky body and facial hair..akshay should get back to his gabbar is back days weight and beard..
