100% agree with your post, very well said! Sid as a person is much different than the way he presents himself as a celebrity and in front of the media, and that’s how A LOT of celebrities are, it’s natural. People forget that we literally got the opportunity to witness this guy’s true personality for almost 5 months.. 5 whole freaking months!! We saw shades and antics of him that we sadly will never get to see again but that doesn’t change who he is as a person. From now, for the most part at least, we will only be able to see the celebrity side of Sid, and we all know how image conscious he is and rightfully so. That doesn’t change the fact that this is the same guy who would sit and endlessly compliment Sana’s features on her beck and call. It’s the same guy who brought her chai first thing every morning. It’s the same guy who slept with his arm around her every night. It’s the same guy who said he will be there for her even when he’s 70 years old. We won’t ever be able to witness such moments again but that doesn’t mean we should judge him on every single answer he gives. Like come on, after watching someone for 5 whole months we have to trust that we at least know the guy a LITTLE bit. Truth is, he is such an honest and raw person but he is smart enough to know when he needs to be diplomatic and vague. And he’s doing that, to protect himself, to protect Sana, and to protect whatever they share. It might not be what we all want, it might mean that there are going to be SidNaaz droughts at times, it might mean solos will have a field day every now and then 😆 but it doesn’t mean that what we’ve been shipping for the past few months is not there.
