For all we know Aneri and Kunal get freaky in college, get preggers, Anerid decides to keep the kids but her parents don't want to, so they let her give birth to the baby and then lie to her ki baccha mar gaya.

Cut to 6 years, Aneri is getting rejected by groom's coz of her past pregnancy and she meets Kunal again whose parents are forcing him to see girls
