For the longest time, I have had feedback from family, clients and colleagues that I would say “Okay” quite a lot. Didn’t bother me much. Most of us have words/ phrases that we tend to use frequently. Today a colleague just asked me in earnest whether I had given up “Okay” for “Right... right”.
