I won't be surprised if they give a similar lame reason in Kasauti because Anu is ML they have to somehow justify him no matter what. I can't think of any valid justification to why he would do something so cruel to the woman who loved him with all her heart and soul but lets see how it all plays out onscreen.

Maybe their daughters is at stake, I'm not sure but yeah there could be some lame reason too, so we have to wait for the upcoming track. As you have said, I agree that they will justify Anu as he's the male lead.

I have not called this show iconic, infact I am also saying that this show is not even close to being iconic. Atleast read my post before quoting, it confuses me that which part of my post makes it seem like this show or the leads are iconic.😒

Maata is obsessed with iconic villains? So how does loving a dumb lead character and plotting useless murder plots make a character iconic? I should also remind you that these so called iconic villains never brought TRPs, and they won't unless the CVs really have something interesting in the story.

Komo is a crazy character, I liked how in season 1 komo wanted to avenge Anurag but not because she loved him but because she hated him a lot and wanted to hurt him all his life, in this season komo has some useless obsession for Anu and they never even slept together or had any kind of buildup of their initial meeting days, at least in season 1 komo-Anu had a conjugal life till he finds out her reality but in this season there's no Head or take to komo's desperation for Anu, it's just Aamna is so gorgeous that she makes komo believable.

Bold - Hina's komo did bring TRP because, then the CVs used do some hardwork to give all the ingredients that will pull in the TRP audience. After that it was a downhill journey and the reason why she still loves them is what I term it as obsession. 😆

It’s just a crappy season all over. Mostly it’s the fans of the individual actors/characters who continue watching it.

Hina's komo brought TRPs because everyone was excited to see a reboot of the iconic komolika, the show was new those days and it had its elements on right place, the tracks were also similar to the old season, nostalgia factor, fresh pairing of leads and good execution/performances brought TRPs, everything went downhill from the swiss track. so blame the writers, channel, fans, actors, ekta, or anyone that makes you happy.

Not sure about the intelligence part but she won't suffer degradation (which is worse than that of a doormat in her case) for sure.
