Thank you for reporting the issue which we are looking into.

Kindly refrain from passing your judgment when you have no idea about the issue as that qualifies as “very irresponsible”.

The India Forums App (iOS) keeps logging me out every time I close it, but I get notifications.

On clicking the notification to open it, I need to log in every time which is very tiring.

Right now the current use of the app for me is just to get notified of likes / quotes / scraps. [I am still getting delayed emails. I don't know why.] When the notification pops I go through the web browser and open the site.

I really want to use the app. Please can the login issue be fixed?

Yes when we close Indian forum app after some time it log out automatically and even tell session is expired

But indian forum app every time we don't need write password and username again and again in order to login

To log in indian forum app just tab on "guest " Word and it will login and will show ur user name . It is very easy method to login by just tab on guest

Thank you for the feedback and its important for us as this is our first attempt at making an App and its done completely in-house.

Yes we are aware of this and this has been kept by design. We will gradually increase the session timeout value as we ensure user accounts are secure and accounts which have been blocked cannot use the app.

We will also be starting another thread for iOS App and Android App issues after announcing the same to our site visitors. And we will continuously be taking feedback there.

For the moment as Surbhi mentioned you can login back without entering password just by clicking the Guest and we agree it's not an ideal solution to do every time.

It's been already reported but still after updating the browser like crome etc. When we login on IF our online show feature turns off automatically kindly set it as on in default as when user wants then only it should switch off

Has anyone else noticed this issue?

Sir, thank you for fixing the pm issue. The communication is no longer blocked if one the members has the pm box full. It is really a relief to us writers who need to send mass pms.

If you are a Fan Fiction writer soon you won't be required to send PMs.

We will be sending User Notification as well as Email sent to all the users who are either following you or the fan fiction that they are following as soon as you publish it on the new Fan Fiction Section of the site.
