Exactly ... CE was released in 2013/14 for god's sake , his flop movies - fan, zero, , Jhms, dilwale etc got released after CE.

So, that time SRK was definitely a bigger A list star as compared to Deepika or Rohit for attracting Audience to the theatres

No doubt Rohit, Deepika , writers did great job but SRK was main reason for its successful opening then

Idk why people are comparing it with DP's success NOW

SRK was/is Bigger star than DP bt that doesn't mean he was better than her in CE, I dislike her very much bt SRK overacted like anything in that movie, his hamming 🤢 DP also overacted bt she was bearable n in a song like titli she tonned it down too.. Everyone remember the movie for meenamma n its songs.

Kareena🤣she would have overacted n made meenamma into another Poo/khushi/geet.. If SRK was replaced with any other actor opening wouldnt be same bt movie would be a hit with WOM.. May be if replaced with other khans who knows movie would have got a better opening
