In real world,

ho sakta hai in case pregnancy was terminated late

but in Guddu's case it was very early so most probably nope

Google chacha told me there is way, if Guddu is Rhesus negative...

(that's very uncommon...lekin it doesn't impact one's health just that this blood type means mother's antibodies will destroy baby's blood cell if the baby is Rhesus positive which is most common blood type & Guddu's baby most probably would have been Rhesus positive)

In this case Guddu's pregnancy would have been very delicate & her immune system would have produced Rhesus antibodies in response to rhesus antigens from the baby.

After pregnancy, those antibodies can be still be detected by antibody blood test.

If present those are present in her blood then matlab she was pregnant if not then nope.

All depends on Guddu being Rhesus negative
