Even when sid came back from SR, I thought friendship can be started again. They were talking on good terms then. Their mutual dislike for shefali also helped .

Sid then decided to say tata bye bye .

I freaking adored their bonding. There were SO many times where I thought they would patch up and come together to kick everyone else’s asses 😆 but yeah like you said some things just put the nail in the coffin. I also think Sid had realized after a point that Asim apologizes only to repeat the same mistakes over and over, so there was no point anymore. I always said even through all the fights, from Sid’s side his fights with Asim stemmed from hurt and betrayal. From Asim’s side though, it always looked like he fought only to portray Sid as the bad guy, that was his agenda.
