I am not taking the promo seriously, but if I decide to take the promo seriously, then probably I will feel that yes, as one person mentioned just now, Anurag is going to kill Prerna. Anurag may end up killing her unintentionally. Because, in the promo, now I observed more closely, it's being shown that two lines of blood are going in two different directions. May be what the promo is trying to say is that, Prerna's death (that's why blood) shall result in Anurag- Prerna's lives ( the two lines of blood) going in 2 different directions henceforth.
